That the sales associate was so sweet and polite. Her name was Megan. Also that she knew her job and is one that I will ask for in the future when I return to this store.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because it was my first time going in there and they had helped me get what I was looking for and they are very helpful and they all had smiling faces . I will going back to Pandora real soon.

While talking to the the sales associate about my daughter graduation from college, in less than five minutes she had a bracelet well put together, without me knowing it. When she showed it to me it was absolutely gorgeous.

Latrice is knowledgeable, friendly and definitely an asset to Pandora. She had assisted me several months ago when I purchased a bangle bracelet from her. She is definitely to be commended!

Megan M. was very attentive during my visit! She worked with me to find some very elegant and simple pieces I have been wanting for months! She helped me analyze every stackable ring they had and even gave me some advice on some combinations that I ended up choosing and LOVING! Her and the staff were so kind and I will definitely be back.

I love my Pandora store. Unlike other retail establishments that are smaller shops like this, many times women in my age bracket are, shall we say, invisible. I am always greeted with big smiles and welcomes when I enter the Pandora store. The sales associates listen to my needs or concerns and offer the best help available. Last month for my anniversary, my husband bought me a new bracelet set. The bracelet has popped off several times and once again this morning. I was in the area so I thought I'd drop by the store. Kaitlyn and Morgan were so helpful and exchanged the bracelet because the clasp was faulty! I am so happy with that solution because now I don't have to worry about losing my newest bracelet. Totally happy with my Pandora store! They also showed me some new charms and rings!

Megan and the two other girls working were very friendly and helpful.
