I am always well treated. I the items I want are alays in stock. Even when the store is busy they make a point to greet everyone.

Sales staff very professional and engaging.

Megan was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions. She also showed us the Care kit that was on sale and explained all of the items in it.

The sales associate was curious, well groomed and knowledgeable of the products. Great experience considering the first time I was there. I picked out my merchandise for my fiance to pick up and the sales associate said that she would save it on ur iPad. When my fiance got to the store and gave my name and said he was there to purchase my products no record of my info was saved. He was upset and so was I. On the next busy it was better and I was offered to purchase the cleaning box to clwan my jewelry. But this last busy was the best of them all. This salesperson was amazing. She treated me and my family like we've never been treated. Maybe because we were of the same race. Even though I was treated awesome at a jewelry dealer who I purchased a charm from, I still returned to the Pandora store. Great experience.👍

Customer service was great. I was in the store for about an hour the sales lady was very patient and she answered every question she even helped me pick out my colors.

As soon as I walked in an employee came to help. I wasn’t sure of my ring size, so she helped me find my size. After, she pulled out the ring I wanted and showed me that it came in two differed types of metal. The ring is absolutely beautiful and was at a wonderful price.

Sales staff is always friendly any time I come in shop. The store in Mall St. Matthews always has a large selection. Staff always has the most knowledge of all you products.
