the sales associate Rachel was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the store and the products. The sale items were still available and and all on one tray for easy display. The store was not packed and went in and out in 45 mins. Very satisfied!!!

About a month ago my boyfriend bought me a ring from Pandora. During a volunteer event it got lost as we were gardening, painting and washing the outside of the house. I was heartbroken. When I went in the sales lady was super excited to tell me by ring was 45% off. I was even able to buy my friend a bachelorette present and get my replacement for less than the original cost of the first ring. She shared my excitement as I'm a grad student and don't have a lot of money. My experience was wonderful and I was soooo happy when I left.
