I had not been in the store for a while at that time I bought a necklace ring and earrings when I got home could not figure out how to make the bracelet go over my wrist went back to store ask for help said it just does not get any bigger and I ask to exchange it was told no I could not soo today has been a wonderful experience the girl was outstanding noticed she was teaching another associate she was kind and respectful to the new employee she went over and above I would like to see this happen more often in today's times kindness goes a long way I will now shop there regularly. She would b a great teacher for new staff members she was fun down to earth seemed she really enjoyed her job thank you

Rachael was extremely helpful and friendly and took care of me during my purchase. I had no idea what i was looking for and she walked me thru options and was extremely helpful! I will for sure be back to buy more from Rachael:)
