I had a woman named Rachel. She knew a lot about the products and was very welcoming. She asked me questions and made me feel like I was a friend rather than a costumer. :)

I am a new Pandora user and the information and service was so helpful to me, The service rep was so informative and knew her product. I bought 4 pieces that I needed and she helped me a lot with my decisions without being over powered.

Was asked if I needed assistance, but not harassed. Entire staff was friendly. Megan got me exactly what I asked for immediately.

The sales clerk Rachael is very pleasant, she is patient and eager to show me as many charms as I want to see. She is very knowledgeable about the merchandise.

Best place and costume service

I explained What happen to my ring and they took it back for me and let me exchange it. Everyone was so helpful about picking out a new ring and throwing some together to stack. Also they explained why my other one wasn’t as durable because of the design

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I called ahead looking for a particular ring for my granddaughters 26th birthday. I spoke with the manager. He said they were out of stock for that ring. But then he called me right back yo let me know IUPS just brought a shipment and this ring was delivered in the shipment. He held it for me till the next day. I picked it up and it made my granddaughter very happy. Kudos to this store! And to the staff and manager!
