I shopped during Black Friday weekend. The sales associate was very helpful, patient and pleasant during my shopping time in the store. I was able to complete my sales transaction in a timely manner. Also, my contact with other sales associates was pleasant which was very nice considering the time I shopped.

I was helped immediately even though it was a busy holiday weekend. Rachael helped me and was knowledgeable and eager to help.

Sales person was very helpful finding the items on my list. Suggested the new 2018 holiday ornament and charm for a gift, which I did end up buying two. offered to wrap all of the items that I purchased for gifts.

Kaitlyn was very helpful and knew exactly what we wanted. Personal and very nice to work with. She was patient, and fun!

I was satisfied with the selection of rose gold jewelry they have. I enjoyed looking at the matching sets. I was satisfied with how friendly the employees were and how excited they were to help.

Friendly sales associates, who went above and beyond to help me. They worked on cleaning my four bracelets and had them shining when I left.
