Everyone was great

I brought my sister there so she can pick out a the bracelet she wanted. While there I seen a bracelet I was looking at and tried it on and purchased it. Also got my charm bracelet cleaned. Will be back in the next two weeks to get more stuff.

The sales team where very polite and cared about why I was making a return. They also asked what else I may need or would like to look at. I appreciate the continued sales attempts and they where also polite to my children

Sales associate extremely helpful. Staff knowlegable about product. There was no pressure to buy, no pushy sales people.

Every associate was very friendly. This was my first time in a Pandora store and my first purchase. I love it, I will definitely be back!

The associates in the store were most helpful and very kind. The experience was relatively speedy which is how I prefer to shop, but thorough at the same time. I was assisted by two employees actually, Megan and Rachael, and they were friendly and professional.

Mine was a complicated return/exchange and the sales associates were helpful and resolved it without a problem. Even would up spending more money! Lol.
