We visited the store to return a broken item. The sales person was very helpful and knew exactly what to do to make our experience go smoothly. We were able to choose another item without any difficulty and were very pleased with the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of our sales person. Thanks for the experience.

Rachel was very sweet and knowledgeable about the product. I just wish you had a place to sit because it took awhile to pick everything out and my legs hurt really bad afterwards.

I got the wrong size for my daughter’s ring for Xmas. They were able to use my phone receipt without difficulty. I was able to get the right size as well.

Natalie was awesome, she was so sweet and even though i was needed to make an exchange and didn't have a receipt because it was a gift. She took the time to look in your system for the receipt and was super nice about it. She is a rockstar!

I had a lady named Sydney she was awesome. I had to return a item because I had purchased it before and she made the process so fast and satisfying. She helped me pick another charm quickly and was so nice. When returning I will ask for her again for sure!
