Associate was very friendly. It took a few minutes for an available associate, but once she starting helping me it was a very positive experience. I never felt like she was rushing to finish the sale, she was very patient and I appreciated that.

I didn’t know what I was looking for , but the sale associate, gave me a book with different styles to see if I would like something out of there since I didn’t see anything on display that I liked. I was Surprise that what I want was in stock and didn’t have to wait for it to be ship in. The sale associate was very nice and friendly. The charm I got was a little high, but I guess it was worth it, can’t wait to start adding more charms. I will definitely be back
