My daughter has a July birthday and is having her first baby in August, so I went to Pandora to purchase a bracelet and some charms that would acknowledge this very special occasion. She already had two filled bracelets, so I wanted to start a new one and make it a bit different than her other two. MEGAN was amazing - she helped me select an updated bangle and created the most beautiful bracelet. I gave it to her last evening and we both cried. It is beautiful and one she will keep forever and we can add to over the years. Pandora is such a great product - and Megan exemplifies that image. She could not have been friendlier or more pleasant. She really listened to what I wanted and pulled a beautiful piece together.

The sales associate was friendly and worked with me to get just the right look for the bracelet I was purchasing as a gift. Store was bright, all staff friendly, told me about the credit card and benefits. Very nice experience and in and out within 35 minutes.

There was not any music playing in the store. There should be more affordable prices on the charms. And better selection is strongly needed for the leather bracelet line..An addition it would be nice to have a Hello kitty line.

Rachael was a big help in picking out a selection of charms and giving examples of how they look for my Wife. She picked out a great charm that i think we will both enjoy and cherish as we build more and more memories on to her bracelets. She also directed me to other options and choices when her charm bracelet begins to fill up like necklaces and others.
