I had lost my bracelet and Sahilen was very patient and helpful with helping me find my son's account so I could replace my bracelet.

My mother and I came in to the store to exchange the ring I had given her as gift for a different size. The sales ladies, especially Sahilen, were so helpful. I had to provide proof of purchase and they gave me ideas for accessing it as I had already deleted the email. They provided the customer service number so I called and was able to speak with someone immediately. He resent the purchase verification email and I was able to exchange the ring for my mom within minutes. I really appreciated the ladies taking the time to help us navigate the situation and ensuring that my mom now had a gorgeous ring that fits! We will definitely be back.
