It was my first time at Pandora, my husband wanted to give me a bracelet and started buying me charms for every state we traveled. Rachel was so nice and helpful with me. She showed me a lot of options and helped me decide on which bracelet was the best for me. I highly recomend this store !

I was running late to a meeting and called before I got there. They had the charm that I was looking for when I arrived. Micah was Very friendly & she even told me about a farm she goes to in my town. It was a pleasure doing business at this location!

I was there to get 3 bracelets and a necklace cleaned and while I was waiting I purchased a cleaning cloth. The sales associate Rachel was very friendly and prompt with helping me. There were a few charms i was interested in that the store currently did not have that I probably would have purchased if they had them in stock. I was very happy with how clean my charms and jewelry got though! And love the fact that it’s free of charge to get your jewelry cleaned!
