Very nice employees store was very clean and well organized had just what I needed and the sales associate was able to show me the necklace as soon as I told her what I wanted

Nora was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with choosing a ring for a Christmas present. I came in expecting to get a charm for a bracelet but Nora was helpful when I noticed something even better and was able to sell it very well.

Everything was perfect and fast.

I usually visit Pandora mainly in the airport when I travel. This weekend I had the pleasure of visiting my local one. I walked in just wanting browsing for a new charm, nothing specific. I walked in and was immediately greeted by all the staff. I was helped by Nora who seriously made my day. During her showing me something’s she thought I would like, We found a retired ring that I’ve been looking for and it was even on sale! She was also very diligent in showing me many different charms until I made a final choice. This store is so much warmer and friendly then any I visit during travel. Love love love it! Favorite location hands down.
