I have purchased Pandora charms for my wife's bracelet fr many years. The quality and workmanship of the charms is excellent and the memories stirred every time she looks at it make it an outstanding gift year after year. I have alway had a very positive experience in the store and online in the past and this latest trip was no exception. Very friendly and helpful staff and very knowledgable regarding the products and their availability.

The associate Sarah immediately located the items I was interested in. She provided answers to the questions and requested assistance immediately if she was not sure where an item was. She was also very friendly and curtious.
