The employee who helped me (Chloe) was so patient and really cared that I got what I wanted. She never seemed rushed or frustrated, even though it took me forever to decide.

The pandora associates know how to handle many people well. I came after Christmas and even though there were many people they made a list and took care of people quickly and in the order they arrived.
