I think the wait time between customers, I understand needing to put unpurchased merchandise back, however there didn’t seem to be any urgency in doing this. You just had to wait until they finished. Other than that Nyein was great and I made my purchase with ease.

This was my very first visit to a Pandora Store. I had purchased a Pandora bracelet in a Myrtle Beach gift shop for my quilt block charms. However, I did not like the how it turned out. So I visited the Mall St Matthews Pandora with a naked bracelet. Lesley was very helpful after determining my interests. She selected and arranged several charms for me and I am very satisfied and love the bracelet.

I love this store! Sales associates are always friendly and they usually have what I am looking for in stock.
