When I walked inside the sales associate, Micah automatically acknowledged and greeted me. She was very sweet and knowledgeable about the ring collection. Very satisfied.

I was highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience because the costumer service was fast. As soon as I walked in Micah came up to me and asked if I needed any help and if I did then to let her know. Whenever I found the one I wanted she was easy to get ahold of when I needed her.

Mackenzie was very sweet and personable. She helped me decide what charms would look great together as well as how to clean them. She also showed me charms that I might love since I just had a baby. Usually I feel like they are really rude and pushy and trying to get you out of there as fast as possible. But this time was very different. I wish all my experiences were like this one. On top of Mackenzie helping me, 4 other associates spoke to me as well. Usually I'm lucky if I even get acknowledged in the store until I asked for someone to please help me. Either everyone was in a great mood that day or they cleaned house and got all new associates. Either way, for once I actually enjoyed shopping there

Micah G my salesperson was genuinely friendly. She even remembered a visit from last year with my daughter. Informed her specifically of what I wanted to see. Located the merchandise & even showed me stacking rings after I inquired. I was in & out of store in a short time. Love that!

I had to return my bracelet for a larger size. I also bought two more charms. My sales associate Nyein was very helpful and pleasant.
