Pandora Jewelry

I went in for 2 reasons- my pandora rose crown ring lost 2 stones after having it for 1 month and my pandora rose heart clips lost their color. I was able to receive the heart clips. But I was not able to return the ring as size 11 was no longer available.

The location of this store. Great experiences in the past. Helpfulness of the staff.

I had a great experience in the Legacy Place Pandora Store. The staff were very friendly and clearly experienced in what rings looked good together. I walked into the store wanting one ring, but left the store with four new ones.

I didn’t have my receipt for my broken bracelet but the sales persona sonia listened and did not automatically blow me off, she asked the manager and came back out with a bright smile on her face and gave me a brand new bracelet! Everyone on staff were great and I’d definitely be back!
