THE SALES WOMEN WAS VERY HELPFUL. I DIDNT KNOW I COULD GET MY BRACELET CLEANED FOR FREE WHICH SHE DID FOR ME. SHE LOOKED AT MY OTHER CHARMS AND RELIZED I LIKED HEARTS. SHE SHOWED ME 3 IN WHICH I PICKED ONE. HOPE SHE IS THERE NEXT TIME I PURCHASE MY CHARMS, I WANT HER HELP AND OPINION!
