The store was empty as it was just opening. The staff is very polite and helpful. They always make sure your needs are met.

Maria L our sales associate made my experience very lovely. She was very helpful in aiding my decision on what charm would make sense to purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the products and how to make your bracelet your own. She was also very forthcoming on information regarding getting my bracelet/charms cleaned.

During my visit I felt really good. The managers Emmanuela, Jaidy and Genesis made me feel like I was the start of the movie. They really knew the product and kept adding complementary items that looked perfect with the items I was going to purchase.
