Walked right in and got waited on. The associate showed me a few earrings and the last one which was the third one which I was sold on it. The associate added a book for my granddaughter to read.

Very welcoming and extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the jewelry. This particular location is my absolute favorite as it’s the cleanest not to mention each and every staff member works extremely hard to make sure you walk out extremely satisfied as a customer with your purchase. The ladies in the store are ALWAYS extremely friendly, &helpful and always knows exactly what I’m looking for. The Dedham store at Legacy Place is the absolute best store by far. It is extremely clean and organized. All of the workers are very customer oriented!!!

The 2 TM’s that were there during my visit were super knowledgeable and really nice. I told them why I was buying the charm and they showed me different charms that I might like according to that theme as well.
