I went to the Pandora store at Legacy Plaza in Dedham, MA. with several charms that had been gifted to me, but I had not put them on either of the bracelets I have. I asked Nathalia for assistance in arranging the charms in a way that was balanced and appealing. Nathalia was very helpful, creative and patient. I purchased a charm to highlight the color in one of the bracelets. I also purchased the Pandora cleaning kit. I was exceptionally pleased with the assistance I received from Nathalia. Michelle helped with my purchases and was helpful and professional. I will return to this Pandora store again over the holiday season.
