My experience at Pandora today (5/28/18) surpassed my expectations. My mother and I decided to stop in since it had been quite some time since we had last been. Ivis was just an absolute pleasure to work with! Despite us waltzing in an hour before closing on Memorial Day and my mother’s a million questions, she kept a gracious smile on her face and didn’t hesitate to show us everything we requested! Needless to say, we managed to spend more than we anticipated before heading out as they were closing up shop. We will definitely be back into the Pandora at Legacy Place just to work with Ivis again!!

I was beyond thrilled with Jessica, the sales associate at the Legacy Place Location. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and overall extremely accommodating. I went in with an idea on very specific charms for a going away gift and Jessica worked with me for about an hour to ensure I had the right charms and made my Pandora experience AMAZING! I could not be more impressed with her professionalism, friendly manner, and the overall service that she offered! I will be returning to this Pandora store and recommending it solely based on my experience with Jessica!

The sales associate was very helpful and took the time to locate the specific charm I wanted even though it wasn't on display nor in the proper case. She was looking for awhile to make sure I could buy the exact charm I saw online.
