Very friendly staff willing to spend time on ring sizing. Gave me a ring sizer to take home to do with my daughters. Store is always sparkling which makes a positive experience background.

The sales associate was very helpful in his suggestions. We made 3 purchases some were suggested. He was patient with our indecisiveness.

Upon entering store, my wife and I were cheerfully greeted by Joe. He proceeded to help us pick out a Birthday present for my mom's birthday, all while explaining the different selection of charms. He asked questions about my mother's hobbies and offered an experience that was truly unique.

The location was great, the store was appealing and the staff along with my sales clerk was fantastic and friendly.
