I visited the Daytona beach Volusia mall pandora store. The employees where very friendly and professional. All were wearing masks correctly which made me feel safe! There was not high traffic in the store so that also made me feel better about shopping. They cleaned my bracelet that I have owned for over 10 years and showed me the new updated merchandise. Because of their kindness and willingness to clean my old dingy bracelet I wanted to continue to buy products that will last and that I can always bring in if I hAve a concern about. I took a look at the new charms and even though they are expensive I splurged and bought three new ones.

The service was very prompt and the staff was more than accommodating. It was a friendly and clean experience from top to bottom. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or rushed. I will definitely do all of my business with the Daytona Pandora over any other store or online, unless necessary.

The sales associate was so amazing. I looked online for this one charm and the status said it was unavailable at my closest location. I still visited the store and ask the sales associate and she knew exactly which charm I was talking about. She had a great personality and very cheerful.
