I came in for her birthday charm and Latay talked me into diamond earrings. She also called me back four days later and reminded me to take the survey money on my next purchase. On top of that, she invited me to the bracelet sale in September. I will continue to shop at the store because of her.

I’m always shopping with the girls. Latae, Maya and Kiana, and now there are two new people. Maya and Latae take time out of there day to help me clean my items and to take this survey so I will save every visit.

Maya & Latae was Awesome my wife and I came in a couple of months ago looking for someone else and we thought I couldn't fit a bracelet and they showed us all different kinds and that they actually had something for today my wife surprised me with coming into to get a pandora bracelet thank you ladies for all of your help and showing us everything we really appreciate you taking your time with us

There were three sales associates at this particular location. I remember Mia, she was absolutely wonderful. So friendly, and even fixed one of my bracelets because it wasn't closing and would pop off sometimes. The other two salespersons were also extremely helpful and very nice. This store is in the middle of being remodeled, so they were in a temporary location. I can't wait for the store to reopen, and I will definitely return to this location. This is the closest location to us, so please consider opening a location in Palm Coast, and transfer over the three sales associates from the Daytona location!! :)

Sales associate, Maya, helped me find the perfect charms for my mom’s birthday!

I came in just browsing with my grandma, the sales person mentioned diamonds to us, and my grandma was hooked. We came into the store before, but was told only the Jacksonville location had them sure we will be back. My grandma loves her earrings.

Maya helped me on my first visit. On my second visit I was helped by Latae. I love this store they made me feel very loved and welcomed. This will be my home store from here on out.

Sales people are always polite. Always welcoming and know their product. Always suggest a second item if wanted and mention all the sales as well

I am always given an exceptional experience when I go to this location. I am treated like family and never given an issue when I visit.
