The salesperson, Katelyn J was amazing. She was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with her today.

The associates really knew their merchandise, everything was well organized and clean. I love how everyone was so friendly and told me about student discounts.

Kristin, the salesperson who worked with me, was so incredibly friendly and helpful. She seemed genuinely excited to show me the different charms and help me find the right bracelet style for me. She was just so kind and happy for me it made the purchase all the more fun. I will definitely be back to the store for future purchases and seek her out.

I went in for an exchange & walked out with more then what I was planning on spending. Ms.Catherine was amazing good customer service & she even showed me tips on how to clean & care for my charms. I absolute live this location & the employees. My favorite location so far.

My mom and I ended up getting bigger size bracelets for each other. The employee, Kristen, was a great help on getting us exactly what we needed.

Overall great experience. Helped my granddaughter find a ring that fit her small finger. Helped find a special charm for my daughter-in-law.
