Loved all the items. Finding charms were a breeze.

I had a wonderful Sales Associate, who was very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what was right for me.

Matilda helped me find the ring fast and quickly. She made feel welcomed and was aware of all the jewelry that was there.I will for sure be returning to this pandora for its amazing service and safety precautions.

Chris G. was phenomenal! I was looking for a specific size in the faith cross that was not available at this location. He called other stores to see if they had it and on top of that he was able to run and grab it from another location. He was amazing!!!! I was able to leave the store with the 2 charms I came in looking for, thanks to him!

There was an an incident in the store with a fellow customer who refused to wear a mask stating she had a medical condition and couldn't breathe. She was very combative and abusive to your employees. The manager handled the situation with dignity and grace. She was respectful while this individual hurled profanity at her. Your associates were amazing, they cleaned & disinfected everything. This store was great. thank your associates please

I came in to exchange my ring that had just broken, and Chris helped me. He was very friendly and made the process super simple and quick. Always appreciate retail workers during the holidays, I know it can be stressful, and he was very nice!

I found the perfect ring. They had my item in stock. The employee was very helpful in finding my size.

I appreciated the great customer service that I received. I worked with a sales associate named Matilda who was very nice, patient, and accomodating when I was looking through the merchandise. I do, however, wish they had a bigger selection to chose from.

We didn’t wait long. Everyone was social distanced. Harry was extremely polite.
