Highly satisfied with my experience, because of the patience, communication of staff and the fact they acknowledge you at the door. Also because they all wore masks and maintained social distancing. Very respectful.

I found everything I wanted. All items were easy to located. As well the place was very clean and the employees were nice. They help you right away and quickly show you anything you ask for.

This is the second time I enter the store. The first was to purchase my daughter a ring and this time to exchange to a bigger size. Didnt have the same one available but got another cute one. This was in and out just like I like in this days (covid) . I will be back and recommend it.

Never had a problem with Pandora only thing was I purchased a high amount and got no free item meaning they had no promotions.
