I visited this store to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size. At first I went to the forest hills location and was told that they have my size at the herald square location so I went with my mom. I’ve been to this location a couple times and it’s always a great experience. Melissa helped me with a purchase, she was great!! I was also helped by Karla with my exchange and she was absolutely fantastic and I would like to thank them both for their help.

The store was well stocked. The sales representative was Courteous, remember me and very helpful

The Sales person was very knowledgeable and excellent customer service took time to make me please with my choices and also clean my charms and bracelets Jose is Employee of year through this Crisis we in also worn a mask the whole time went back Tues but he wasn't working still got great customer service they clean the counter and area after each customer make you feel welcome to come back Thank you Pandora for Excellent service God bless. The selection of merchandise was up to par! I came in not knowing what exactly I was looking for in the design of a paw print and the sales associate helped me so much and knew exactly what would catch my eye! Next thing I know I’m checking out!
