The clerk made it very comfortable to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices was fine and overall I was satisfied.

The associates had my order waiting. They also helped with an extra item I was purchasing with ease after showing what I was looking for. All in all a great experience.

I love the style and the quality of the merchandise. I always have a very professional assistance. I love when they clean my jewelry.

Second time I visit the 34th street location and everyone is very friendly. And I did mention to the salesperson that they made me feel much more welcome and not rushed as opposed to the 42nd street location. I will definitely recommend them.

I was able to buy exactly what I wanted . They had plenty of pretty option to choose from so you would always have a second choice. Overall just great customer service. Highly recommended

The Assistant Manager Isa GREAT, was extremely knowledgeable. She was personable! She listened to my questions and the executed with options. Although I ordered on line and picked up, however I still walked out with a additional piece. A RING! All of the other staff were friendly too. Isa made me happy for my birthday on 1/30.

Jose was the representative that helped me and I’m so glad he did! He was super nice and helpful. I was so indecisive, but I’m glad I went to this location. He really helped me get exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Lol. So happy w my gifts!
