I'd been looking for the Sparkling Capricorn charm since it's release date. I took a chance going in knowing that Time Square store would be busy and have limited stock. To my surprise I was wrong. The associate located the item immediately and our transaction was complete in 15 minutes

The sales reps were very attentive and made me feel they were there to truly help me and not just sale me anything without really caring about what I wanted.

The associate I had was very sweet she took her time and did her job diligently I will highly recommend her. I went to a previous store on 42nd and had horrible customer service thank God I found this one on 34th street

I got the bracelet as a gift for my birthday it was the wrong sz so I had to exchange it for my right sz it was my first time being in the pandora store the service was phenomenal

The service in this store was amazing I walked in the sales associate Walked me to a spot separated from others respecting COVID guidelines and restrictions I loved that. And she walked me through the whole process answering everyone of my questions. She also let me know that I made her day because I was such a great customer because she did have experience along day with it being Valentine’s Day so I was happy to make her day. Very great first experience will be returning
