Soon as I opened the door to enter They greeted me so nicely and the kept me 6ft away from the other guess. They were very patient with me and helped me create a beautiful bracelet.

Matilda from the Herald Sq store was AMAZING and so was the manager. I believe his name was Harry but I wanna make sure you know whom I am speaking of (Asian gentlemen) Sorry about the description I just want you to know the STAFF WAS AMAZING and I literally walked in 15 minutes to closing to get a charm, they NEVER were rude, although I am sure they wanted to get home, they were warm, welcoming and friendly. Actually that made me spent 674 that night and it was worth it, they smiled and I would definitely be back! Thanks my Sagittarius friend Matilda!!!! Thank you ALL for your service that you provide with a smile during this pandemic, be safe!
