The only issue I had was that a lot of the items I wanted wasn’t I stock but the assistant was extremely Patient as I chose other items

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable of the store and merchandise. she made sure everyone in the store was safe at all times and attentive.

First of all I visited the Pandora store at Herald Square and I went over there to exchange some Pandora Me Charms that I didn’t know they fitted to my bracelet. Asia the girl that assisted me help so much and even try to fit the charm into the bracelet so I didn’t have to return or exchange them.

You will be safe shopping, the were very patient with you when shopping and I love the merchandise the worth it

Workers in store are very professional and polite. The store was definitely kept clean and maintained by workers. I love that they greet you as soon as you open those doors to go in. Would highly recommend people to this store.
