Everything was good I want in they took care of me right away and they had what I wanted and the sales person was very helpful and nice.

The sales associate was knowledgeable of the items I came to purchase. Also, I'd like to point out that everyone working at this establishment is very courteous. One more thing, even though they did not have one of the charms I came to purchase, I was not discouraged or disappointed. Reason why is because is a frequently shopped location. And of course charm lol. I'm definitely coming back for the rest of my Spider-Man charms!

On October 11, I went to the Times Square store to get a Pandora Moments Infinity Knot Snake Chain Bracelet size 7.1 inches. I was helped by Ruqaiyah (215372). I had to exchange it because it was too big. This time, I went to the store at Herald Square, and I was helped by Samantha (227964). I found out that the size of the bracelet that I received was 8.3 inches, instead of 7.1 inches. Now, I had to exchange it and the one that I got now cannot be exchanged anymore. I would like to congratulate Samantha for her excellent customer service skills and patience. She really helped me and made me feel valued as a customer.
