Everyone greeted me once I came in and were all super friendly and willing to help. I came to replace a bracelet and they let me try on a few with no problem and showed me lots of charms and things too.

Maryam J was fantastic! Made me feel comfortable even though I asked her to show about 7 different charms. Didn't show me that I was frustrating her which I have experienced in the Queens Center Mall location. Her smile didn't seem fake and I felt like she actually enjoyed what she is doing. Don't get that pure vibe from many sales associates in general and I used to work at Macy's so I was surrounded by miserable sales people. lol Overall I was just relieved that she helped me continue my day stress free!

The sales rep who assisted me was professional and friendly. She was very nice and I appreciated her help. You could tell she loves pandora and loves helping the customers.
