There was no wait and the sales associate assigned me to a member right away to assist me. She was very patient with me trying on the necklaces and even giving me her advice to which fit better.

The associate Deniz and Tyra were very helpful and welcoming . I was given alternate options when not being able to get what I “thought “ I would find . However it came out better and I was very happy with the selection and purchase. I explained that I had a bad experience in another location and deniz apologized on their behalf and provided excellent customer service. As a result mt girlfriend was happy with the gift !
