One of my daughter's pendant was missing a stone and they replaced the pendant in no time. I was very impressed with the service and the efficiency of the store manager.

As I entered the store I was greeted with kindness from one of the employees. She proceeded to ask me what I was interested in and pointed me in the direction that I needed to be. Another employee then proceeded to help me find what I was looking for and although they didn’t have the item I was looking for she was able to present other bracelets I could be interested in.
