My sales rep was able to suggest the right thing when I told her what I was looking for. She gave me several options. She gave me info on engraving as well.

While waiting for my bracelet to be cleaned , the item I wanted to purchase got sold . I kept asking to see the charms , I had to wait and in that mean time , it was sold to another customer, while I waited .

Pandora always limit the number of the customer in the store to make sure the safety of everyone. Sometimes it makes us to wait long in the line outside the store, but I understand the situation. Sometimes, the workers in some pandora store are less friendly or helpful making me feel pressured or not valuable as a customer. (Maybe the associcate thought I'm not going to purchase the item, so I feel uncomfortable to ask her to show me some items.) However, Brianna R was an amazing salesperson and she was wonderful and very helpful for everything.
