I had a fabulous experience. As soon as I walk thru the door, A sales lady came to help me. I came to buy a grit. Sierra showed me a lot of different charms and bracelets. I got a Pandora credit card. I brought 5 charms, a bracelets, a ring. Ms. Sierra gave me a great experience. She was very patient with me, I hope to get her when shop again

Destiny was professional and knowledgeable. Her willingness to tell me about sales promotions and payment options. Most of all she noticed and offered to clean my pandora bracelets and organize my new charm. That was very thoughtful and pleasing too me.

Sales associate Katrina M #212903 at store 0603 Herald Sq.was extremely friendly. She helped solve an issue that I had with another store located at 42nd street Nyc. I had contacted Herald Sq store with my issue and Katrina invited me to her location to assist me with an exchange.She was very engaged with me and my daughter. She made a horrible experience I had at the other store more pleasurable at this location.

Products range and off course NTC grand herald staff was amazing and friendly. Helped me to choose a charm for my wife.

I saw a charm online and when I arrived I asked if they had and she knew right away that they did. It made my visit quick and easy. I’m not from here but next time I’m in town, I’d definitely come back to this store! The ladies that helped me were extremely nice and knowledgeable.
