I was satisfied. The manager greeted me at the door. Even though all sale associates where busy, she still helped me by asking what was I looking for then directed me to the person who could help me and gave her specific instructions of what I wanted. The sales associate was very nice and gave me product advice to help pick out what I purchased.!

Sales rep was very respectful and helpful.

Great customer service

I came into the store to purchase from the pandora me collection and had to wait maybe 30 minutes because store was full. I didn't get what I wanted but sale associate helped me pick out something I absolutely loved! She made the experience perfect.

The sales representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me to choose the charms that I was trying to buy as well as informing me about the ability to come back with my bracelet to have it cleaned. I am very happy with the service done and I will definitely be coming back with friends.
