i was lucky to get Samantha to help me . i had a return to do which she made very easy to do. she then went on to tell me about the present sale and show me other charms available. she was very helpful and had patience to work with me. great customer service !!!!!!

The sales person was able to find bracelet and charms tha I was looking for also suggested to engrave a charm that I was very pleased with and purchased

It was a wait to get into the stores but when I got inside everything went perfect and I was helped perfectly keep up the good work.
