I was not sure of the size of previous purchases and when asked if they could look this up with out hesitation I was assured that this could be done and that I had no issue as I seemed to be in a state of anxiety. The sales representative looked up my purchased history once I provided my email address. We looked for the sizes and over the charms to ensure that I was not purchasing any duplicates. I was assured that I was not a bother and that the focus was n me and my need to get the purchase correct.

This was my second time in a Pandora store and my sales representative Sandra L was very helpful, she recommended a couple things and even called someone else so we could try the bracelet on that other rep and I could see it on a smaller wrist. She was very patients and helpful.

Once I went to a jewelry and the attendant didn’t let me didn’t let me put the products in me to check if looks beautiful in me, didn’t tell me the price, the only thing she said to me is “that jewelry is very expensive”, but in Pandora store I was attended in a completely different form. They treated me well and made me feel like a person, the attendant let me put some bracelet in my pulse to see if it will looks great in me, informed me everything that I wanted to know about the products, if it was waterproof or not, the price and etc, she was very patient with me and with my English (I’m from Brazil and my first language is Portuguese, not English), she didn’t hush me to make my choice, I had my time to decide what I wanted for me. Thank you, Pandora!

As soon as I walked through the door I was assisted immediately. The store was very organized. The sales attendant was very helpful. I was in an out pretty quickly with what I needed.
