Emily was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. I wanted a gift for my friend who lost her pet. Together Emily and I found a customized bracelet and charm combo that my home girl loved. Thank you, Emily.

I was immediately greeted upon entering the store (I assume the manager). The customers were spaced out to aid social distancing. Jennifer R. was extremely helpful with assisting me in picking out charms for a gift.

I liked the selection. Chelanti F was very attentive and helpful during my visit. It was a very good experience.

Just walking into the store I felt welcomed.They were very friendly and attentive.She kept asking if I was okay which was awesome cause it almost felt like they have a family bond at this location..Also,It was snowing the day I went and instead of making wait until they opened they let me in a”Half-Hour”early.Definitely going to return to this location.

I was surprised that when I went to a specific store it had an item that wasn't showing online, so I saved a trip going to a different one. So not sure if it's a good feedback because the online site wasn't updated. But I was highly satisfied.
