The sales associate was really helpful with what I wanted to purchase. I was a little upset that I could not exchange the charms that my husband had purchased on November 04, 2021 as an christmas gift. The sales manager explained that they do not exchange charms after 30 days. This for me was a problem because it was not like I wanted a refund. This policy should be reevaluated because if I could not get to the store earlier.
