Items were stolen from counter during sales over 2 1/2 months ago. I was informed that the items would be replaced and that I would be contacted by store personnel which never seemed to happen. I went back several times in which some items were replaced but not all. I was then told that if items couldn't be replaced I would just be out of luck and would not be compensated.

When I walked in the sales associate who greeted me was sweet. She handed me over to the sales person Mark, I knew what I wanted but it was out of stock and he didn’t try to make any other recommendations, in fact he seemed uninterested in helping me, like if I was boring him. When I found something I wanted and he brought me over to the register the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me. mark and the cashier just talked about some gossip that went on earlier. The only time me and the cashier spoke was when I handed her my cash and then asked her if I can give her the change so I can just get cash back but she said she couldn’t because it was too late even though the till was still open. I have been to many pandora’s before and always had great customer experience.. You would think in a busy location they would’ve cared more about the customer service they were giving.

The sales associate had explain they only had the 2 friendship charms. I totally forgot and ask the question again. He was very nasty and said like I said and his tone and nastiness was just not exceptable. In other words he told me off. He just read me. I continue to proceed with my purchase becauseI really needed the charm. After wards I thought about how I should have asked for another sales associate he did not need to make commission off of my purchase. I will never shop at that location again.

The sales person Miguel 160488, was so rude,he wasn't helpful when I ask to see different items "he kept asking me are you going to want to see more cause you keep having me walk back and fourth then he says just come over here so I don't have to keep walking" wait what? I guess he didn't want to work on Friday. I asked what he thought his response "well its up to you" I'm aware its up to me I've been in this store before and received respect, smiles kindness advice how to place my charms etc. I understand its the holidays but whats a better time to be pleasant. I went back into the store Saturday I had a great experience and he wasn't there.

The sales Chaya was very rude to me! I saw other sales were giving warm welcome to their guess and were very friendly. Chaya did not greet us. She just said next customer and when we arrived to her counter. She started off by saying “what can I get for you guys”. Then every time I asked a question she will answered “umm hmm”. When I was paying for the 2 charms that I selected. I was trying to get her attention when she was packaging my charms to ask for extra bag. She was looking somewhere else. By the time she heard me. She just handed me an extra bag and softly said thank you. She was very unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome and I wasn’t a valued customer for her. I forgot to mention she did not have a smile on her face at all. I came to the store to purchase Christmas gifts for my friends. I waked I’m feeling happy and walked out feeling very upset. Why did I receive such unpleasant shopping experience!

The manager and a sales clerk were extremely rude. Their attitude was uncalled for and unprofessional. The manager would guide me around with an unnecessary tone, as well as a finger movement as if If I was a dog. I wished the manager a happy holidays, she rolled her eyes and walked away.

Garden City Long Island Roosevelt Field Mall staff playing around throwing items. Staff not friendly especially when time to pay. I had to use my debt card in which other store could use credit

The sales associate was extremely rude , did not show willingness to help at all, asked him to show me some items, when still deciding which items to take he took the items away without asking if I would still consider to purchase the items, felt like he was just rushing to get the next customer . Also asked him how to keep the jewelry shiny he did not want to answer. When in the store I notice some other sales associate were more friendly that the one who helped me. The store was crowded too. Terrible customer experience.

We came to Pandora to buy a gift. If it wasn't for a gift I would have left because the customer service was appalling.The store was busy and I understand that sometimes you have to wait. However once a staff member became free you expect some assistance or someone to at least acknowledge you. Instead when a man finally started to talk to us he got interrupted mid conversation and without excusing himself left us. When a lady finally helped us she had terrible customer service, was rude and I felt like I was annoying her by just coming into the store. I would not go back to this particular store ever again.
