I feel like I was cheated. I purchased 2 items that cost over $150 come to find out if I waited till next day i would have receive a free bracelet.

We enter the shop because we saw an adversiment in a folder and I thought the charms woulb be as well made may be for a key holder because the photo gave us that impression! The sales agent whom I talk to was unpolite, alsmot throwing us out of the shop, a potential customer because I bought, I was handled just as someone disturbing this lady and have never been treated like that in any pandora shop! In Lux there are marvelous... Even the girl who sold me the charms finally plus my husband bought me a bracelet was really not in good mood! Please change your HR and get talented people!!

i bought a charm in n y. store. the price was59.88. you can see this on my receipt.But the cash receipt is for 84.97. i would like to know why there is so much more money? From Valerie Storey. v_storey at telus.net

I ask to the sell associate to clean my pandora set , and the answer was just no I can’t

The sales associate was very rude and actually just left the store right in the middle of our transaction to run down someone on the street. True story.

The shop assistant was more interested in chatting I had to wait for her to ask for my product.she wasn't interested in selling me anything

I visited New York this weekend. Whenever I go somewhere new I always check out the Pandora store to see if there are any charms that can only be purchased there. I asked the sales associate this and she showed me a whole bangle of charms and separated most of the charms that she said could be purchased anywhere. She had several that she said were only available there. I purchased New York Highlights. Imagine my surprise and unhappiness when I saw this very charm on the Pandora website as a new arrival. The sales associate flat out lied to me! I am very disappointed with my whole experience/purchase.

Had my credit card cloned after visiting the store. This was the only purchase I made on this card whilst I was in New York therefore the card must have been cloned in the store

Rude associates! Improper way of showing charms, very unfriendly staff, not a clean store! I asked the associate to bring me the charm that I wanted, she refused and said no you come to this side, not even a smile! She refused to take it out for me to see it! She said you can only see it from behind the glass! I hated my experience there! Will never return

I am very unsatisfied with this experience. Actually, I only bought three rings, with one forget me not P, one shining wish, and one shooting star. But the forget me not P has been counted twice so you overcharge me about 50 bucks, which I didn't notice onsite and realized afterwards when I received the receipt by email. As I left NYC that day, I cannot go to the store again for complaint. I even tried email you for this issue but no reply has been received. Why would I buy one ring twice? That doesn't make sense. I want some solutions to this problem! Thx.
