The sales associate with the long blue nails had no knowledge of anything. I specifically came for a 2020 charm that I made sure they had in stock. She asked another associate if they had the charm, the other said yes we have one. This girl had no sense of decency to Atleast double check to see if she could locate the charm. She said she was “pretty sure” it was sold. How would you know if you didn’t look? Not to mention I asked for a huffle puff Harry Potter charm, came home and found a ravenclaw charm but billed for a huffle puff. She had no knowledge of how to apply the $10 coupon given for these surveys. This was in fact my worst visit at pandora ever.

The sales associate was uninterested in assisting my friend and I pick out a bracelet as a gift for a friend. I look a bit different that anyone else but the sales associate was making it known to her other colleague that I looked different. Her colleague just stared at me through the entire time I was purchasing. The sales associate was not showing us many options in charms and just seemed very uninterested in assisting my friend and I. As a sales associate, they should be in a position not to discriminate or treat people who look different any different than they treat their other customers. I will not recommend that Pandora again. It seems like there are a couple of associates who are very judgmental and it is truly off putting. I have been going to the Pandora in the Queens Center Mall and NEVER experienced anything like this.

The manager Amy O at this pandora was super rude and was saying that she couldn’t swipe my credit card mind you every other pandora that I have been to if the chip doesn’t work they would swipe my card but she was so rude about it. And she wasn’t friendly at all and she was like how I showed her a picture of what I wanted she told her co workers about it like what kind of shop manager she is.

The quality of the product was very disappointing. There was an issue with the bracelet claps and it kept opening. Three days after purchase, the claps opened and fell into a subway crate.

The salesperson was extremely smug and felt like she was doing us a favor. Not a smile. It's not like I was on my phone or taking forever to make a decision. I knew exactly what I wanted and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. She did not feel it was necessary to smile even once or be polite. Kept repeatedly asking me if that was all that I wanted. I have been to this particular store many times in the past and have never encountered this attitude from the staff. I have two nieces, (twins) and I buy pandora stuff for them often. This visit, I was made to feel like I was just an interruption to her day. Sorry Pandora, but this is not the attitude I want to be presented with in any store or business I go into. As a business owner myself, I know good staff is difficult to acquire, but its not impossible.

Tried to buy a special birthday present for my 15 year old whilst on holiday to NYC sales lady was extremely miserable rude and unhelpful!!!

I went to buy a prearranged bracket for $360 in a display case. The sales woman talked me off of it because the stone didn’t match her birth month. She said she would design something better for me in my price range of $250-$350. It’s the morning before valentines and I already waited a long time to see salesperson, super late for work. Oops, she said, the piece she put together was $490. About double my price range. She slowly tries to think of alternatives now at this point. I just bought the thing to be done with it. I don’t like being taken advantage of, just because it’s super busy and Valentine’s Day. I’ll never return and speak bad about my experience.
