I went in to purchase a gift for Christmas. The sales associate kept brushing off my questions and seemed annoyed when I asked to see other products. I had told her that I was interested in the holiday gift bangle and once I was about to pay she informed me that it wasn’t available but when I first mentioned it she ignored my comment . She then stated she couldn’t understand me and made it difficult to communicate. I have been there hundreds of times at the 34th street location and this is the first time I regretted making a purchase. I felt unwanted as a customer.

Very Disappointed the way i was treated by Employee Chris and Assistant manager Ivy , i was stopping by for the second time trying to exchange and online order and i was treated horrible and felt discriminated . The first time i was there i was told my Chris the employee along with someone higher then him that i can exchange the item for the price that it says from my past receipts which was understandable but that day i couldnt stay to try or see what else i wanted . He told me i can come any time to do the process , two weeks past i came again trying to exchange and it was a disaster no one wanted to listen to me kept going back and forward i was not treated the way they need to treat a customer thats giving them sales . Please someone higher needs to contact me

The sales person was nasty with attitude and rushing me when I needed to buy more stuff. She was done with me but I was not done with my purchase

Purchase an item as a gift full price and just went on sale, I called for price adjustment, they couldn’t do it without the item in from of them, went there and brought the item (could easily be done with the receipt). Associate didn’t want to return it and gave me pushback, was not aware of any options, I already did the shopping myself online but was testing the waters and he failed so I chose to exchange it and he still charge me full price. Now I have to go a third time to get the price corrected because I was never given any promotions. That was the overall reason I went there to begin with. City was notified about the up charging in this location.

I paid for a blue heart rose gold ring and I literally sat there with the store associate and made my necklace bracelet and earring set match and she didn’t put it in the bag. Also told me I wouldn’t be charged for the 3 original charms on the starter bracelet so I added another blue heart charm that I liked that I also put on the necklace I got, and she then told me when I went back that I didn’t pay for it. Like I literally walked around the store with you getting everything to match . And also told my boyfriend that she hasn’t even sold the ring to anyone all day like ?????

I went to the store and the lady treated me very badly since I was looking at the beginning , the The name of the worker or the person who "attended to me" is Jean W No. 169873, i just went inside and At the first second she did not let me see the jewelry, she asked me if I wanted something special, the first time I said “no thanks, I’m just looking” , then she returned to asking me again but with a rude tone, he was discriminating against me because of my accent and how I looked at me physically, I noticed it from his way of speaking to me. I only bought the product there because it was my only option at that moment, but they talked to me very badly and I left very upset.

The sales associate seems to be upset because i only purchase a Pandora bracelet and charms....another sales associate came towards him and made a remark “That’s all” he then reply with an Attitude yes... I spent $125 n I find that to be very rude

I ask the associate if I could have a bigger bag to put my items. She said no because there were no more, however, I was looking at them and ask since another customer had them. Not only she was in denial that the other bag was too small she instead gave a plastic bag that you get from the supermarket or food delivery. Also, her attitude was not friendly. I felt discriminate because I was the only client of color in the store, what bothered me was that I was a client who went there to spend money and expects good services. Now on all my purchase would be online because I do not want to experience this feeling again.

When I walked in their was a line. I had no problem with that. But when people skipped the line and I had to wait 20 more min than I had to I have a huge problem with that. The rep saw the lady skip the line and stilled helped her
