Katrina was unprofessional. She took personal calls that did not seem like an emergency while assisting us, she knew zero informational about the rings on hand and she e had to wait 5 minutes or so while she tried to find the prices of the rings we wanted. We were in the younger side and she gave off an air of superiority that I did not appreciate.

This morning stint is for kings plaza location! I placed pick up order on 12-20-21, it’s now Christmas Eve and still don’t have my gift for my mom and bo notifications of order status! No one answers phone in that location

The salesperson there was not motivated to show me items that were for Mother’s Day promotion. I chose something on my own and that was it. I don’t feel their eager to work.

I picked out a pair of earrings for purchase. The sales associate was having a hard time locating the earrings in the book to scan. When I pointed them out she told me they were the wrong ones and walked away. She came back with our total and to collect our payment. The earrings I picked out were $75, the total given was $97.99. I wanted to question it but the store had already closed and I stupidly felt bad as I know they wanted to leave. I decided I would email customer service with my concern of the price difference. I finally had time this morning to do so and I pulled out the receipt and the box the earrings came in. I took out the earrings to see if by chance they had a upc on them to scan and that is when I noticed, I have 2 completely different earrings. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Mad at myself for not saying anything in the store when I should have but disappointed that I felt bad because I knew they just wanted to go home.

After waiting outside for 25 mins to get into the store, I was ignored for 15 minutes. The manager completed by passed me and went to the customer that just walked in despite me telling her that I was next. I literally felt like I was ignored and discriminated against because I was hispanic and was speaking in Spanish to my sister and aunt. Finally when we got helped it felt a bit rushed and alot of the items we were interested in weren't available. The lack of customer service and inventory was really disappointing. I felt embarrassed bringing my sister here for matching sister bracelets and it being her first experience. You guys must do better to create a more welcoming environment and that inclusive and better organized to handle customer in ther order in which they should be serviced.

Stood in line outside 32 degree temp 38 min Purchased a charm brought my jewelry to be cleaned and was told by mgr no cleaning that day.. assoc told me I could purchase a cleaning kit to do it myself...

I arrived at this pandora just a few minutes prior to closing with the full intention of buying a charm. I was going to open the door when the associate locked it on me. I tried to get his attention but he would not look at me. When a different associate let a different customer out I explained to her what happened she rolled her eyes and begrudgingly let me in. I told her what I wanted she showed me a couple of things and rang me out. She did not want to wrap my purchase. No one in the store was wearing masks except for myself and the person I went in with.
